Refund Policy

Overview

MassLoader Pro subscriptions are processed through Paddle. Because digital products are delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we want every user to have a positive experience.

Eligibility for Refunds

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Pro plan from working as described, contact us at extensionkit@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Include:

  • Your Paddle order email
  • A description of the issue
  • Your browser version and operating system

We will investigate and, if the issue is on our end, issue a full refund via Paddle.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong plan
  • More than 24 hours have passed since purchase
  • The Extension works as described but does not meet your personal expectations
  • Your OnlyFans account was suspended or access was revoked

Cancellations

You can cancel your recurring Paddle subscription at any time from your Paddle account settings. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
